If you ask any vegetarian food eater, then they would say that a delicacy made using cottage cheese or paneer is the tastiest food that they have ever eaten!!

Just like how meat would taste for a non-vegetarian eater, cottage cheese would taste for a vegetarian eater. Not many of us would know the fact that cottage cheese is the best form of vegetarian protein. This cheese is made from curdled milk is a well known fact. Also known as paneer, cottage cheese has got a mild creamy texture. Cottage cheese has got several nutrients like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, proteins, vitamins like A and B etc.

Several health benefits of eating cottage cheese are

Good for weight loss:

Mostly, athletes would prefer eating cottage cheese to reduce their weight. Bringing high in proteins and low in calories, cottage cheese can reduce weight effectively. By eating this food, we would feel full for a long time and we would avoid eating unnecessarily. By this, we would be able to lose weight.
