Colombia University (USA) researchers conducted a survey involving over 70000 women after menopause. They have established that sugar level in the blood rises rapidly among the persons who consume (cleaned/polished) white rice, white bread, etc, which contain excess carbohydrate.

This carbohydrate-rich food can stimulate tiredness, sleeplessness, and obesity which are mainly responsible for creating mental stress.

Experts have advised that full grains, fruits, and vegetables must be included in place of using polished food items like rice & wheat.

The researchers observe that the practice of making juice from fruits or polishing food grains like rice renders them to lose all important nutrition content and make them waste.
