Spicy tangy mango rice bath |

Ingredients |
- 1CUP RICE
- 1 SMALL RAW MANGO
- 1 TSPN MUSTARD SEEDS
- 1 TBLSPN GROUND NUT
- 1 TBLSPN CHANNA DHAL
- 1 STRING CURRY LEAVES
- 1 TSPN TURMERIC POWDER
- 1/2 CUP GRATED COCONUT
- SALT TO TASTE
- 4 TBLSPN COOKING OIL
- 1 pinch asefotida
- 2 tblspn corriander leaves finely chopped
- 5 green chillies finely cut

Preparation method |
1. cook the rice in the pressure cooker and allow to cool
2. grate the raw mango and keep aside grate the coconut and keep aside
3. add oil to the pan. Once its heated, add mustard allow to splutter. add asefotida, curry leaves, channa dhal, ground nut , green chillies, turmeric and fry for 1 min.
4. add the raw grated mango and fry for 3 mins
5. add the grated coconut and fry for 1 min
6. turn off the fire. add rice, salt and mix well. add corriander leaves at the top.
7. mango tangy yummy rice is ready to eat
