The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that after the last 3 days of excessive heat intensity, the temperature is likely to come down slightly from tomorrow (Saturday, 9th March).

Temperature to reduce from today (Tamil Nadu Weatherman)
Temperature will slight reduce from Today and from Saturday they will settle around 37-38 C in the interiors which is around normal.

Weather Bureau Warning - going to be a torrid summer this year
With the summer seasonal heat intensity already picking up, the meteorological centre has warned that the temperature may shoot up by up to 5 Degrees Celsius in 13 districts in the state including Chennai.

Chennai city temperature touches 36.8 degree Celsius
Meteorological department had recently issued warning for some interior parts of the state of TN regarding the heat wave and it would last till Thursday is known. On Tuesday, the temperature recorded in few interior places in Tamil Nadu.
