National leaders and social causes come alive in students drawings
The Gandhi Jayanthi Mega Drawing and Painting Contest brought together young artists, celebrating national leaders, social causes, and creativity
The Gandhi Jayanthi Mega Drawing and Painting Contest, organised by the Rotary Club of Chennai Prestige in association with Shri Shankarlal Sundarbai Shasun Jain College for Women, T Nagar, saw enthusiastic participation from students ranging from Pre-KG to college. Held on October 2, the event featured themes centered around national leaders, social causes, and awareness initiatives. All participants received certificates of participation, while winners were awarded trophies and certificates. The event`s chief guest, Rtn. Mohan Raman, an acclaimed film artist and Assistant Governor of RI District 3234, graced the occasion. The jury for the contest, artist Dr. Murugan (NFMA), meticulously evaluated each piece of artwork and selected the winners.
