The Chennai Trade Centre or CTC present in Nandambakkam in Chennai is buzzing with many activities now. The 17th edition of Fairpro 2025 has been inaugurated here by the chief minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. M.K. Stalin on Friday 14th February.
It must be noted that Fairpro is Chennai city`s most prestigious real estate exhibition. This Fairpro has been organised by CREDAI or Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India. This real estate exhibition would be held for 3 days at CTC in Nandambakkam.
The growth and development of the state of TN has been revealed by the property exhibition from CREDAI. This was as per the chief minister of TN. He spoke about how food, clothing and shelter were the 3 major basic aspects of every person. For the government, developers for the shelters are important. He concluded that associations such as CREDAI should cooperate with the government to provide shelter for all the people as India has been witnessing growth in the population.
It is worthy to note that TN is the most urbanised state across India with 48percent of population living in the cities. In the coming years, the population across cities would be increasing. It is now brought out that the need for sustainable housing would be huge in the coming years.
SUPER CHENNAI:
The chief minister of TN later unveiled the Super Chennai initiative. It must be taken into account that this initiative is a visionary project aimed to reposition Chennai as the vibrant, cosmopolitan and fast growing city. Point is that this initiative would not only instil a renewed sense of pride among the residents of Chennai but would attract world attention to its potential as a hub for innovation, investment etc.
As many as eighty leading CREDAI Chennai developers have been brought together by Fairpro 2025 exhibition. This exhibition would offer home buyers one stop destination to explore more than 5000 projects spanning32.5million sqft of the residential area, 0.25 million sqft of commercial area and 325 acres of plotted developments etc.
Important piece of information is that SBI or State Bank of India (primary banker) would provide support for this Fairpro 2025 by offering homebuyers with financial solutions. There are also other banks like HDFC Bank, Central Bank of India, Canara Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd etc taking part in this exhibition and these banks would offer attractive home loan options for the homebuyers.
Every segment of homebuyers would benefit from this Fairpro 2025 exhibition as properties ranging from Rs 15lakhs to Rs 15cr would be available.
It was later brought to light by Mr. Sridharan, VP South zone CREDAIAI National that Chennai has been emerging as a preferred investment destination.
