Mini buses to provide connectivity from today

610 new buses meant for different routes across Tamil Nadu and 50 mini buses to provide connectivity to the city’s suburbs will be flagged of today by Tamilnadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa at a function at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium on Wednesday. Mini buses will be operated in the city and its suburban areas where transport facilities are insufficient. In the State Assembly, the government had announced that 100 mini buses will be operated in Chennai. Fifty per cent of them will start rolling from Wednesday.
