Indian Medical Council recommends medicine for coronavirus

Indian Council for Medicine and Research (ICMR) has recommended the administration of hydroxy-chloroquine (virus prevention medicine) for patients affected by the coronavirus.
In order to prevent/arrest the rapidly spreading coronavirus across the country, the central government has been taking various preventive activities including border closure, curfews, shops` closure, operations of trains and buses, etc.
Presently, 428 persons are affected by a coronavirus in the country. 9 patients died.
In order to prevent further loss of lives, the Indian Medical Council and Research have recommended the medicine hydroxychloroquine, which is normally given as a cure for malaria as well!
It may be noted that this same medicine has been earlier recommended by the USA and Jordan.
