2 lakhs Covishield vaccines to reach Tamil Nadu today (28th June)!

2 Lakhs Covishield vaccines are scheduled to reach Tamil Nadu today evening (Monday, 28th June).
Tamil Nadu State Minister for Public Welfare & Development M. Subramanian had a session with the press reporters after the review meeting in the Chennai Metro City Advocates’ Vaccination Centre. He shared:
”Though all citizens in Tamil Nadu State are keen on getting administered with the corona vaccination, the prevailing situation is that there is no sufficient stock of the vaccines!
The stock on hand will get exhausted by 12.00 Noon today (Monday, 28th June)!”
Subsequently, information is gathered that 2 lakhs of Covishield vaccine are set to reach Chennai Metro City at 5.30 PM this evening (28th June).
