GCC - Citizens can apply online for emergency travel for important occasions!

`The Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) has announced that in the present lockdown situation due to the raging coronavirus pandemic, citizens constrained to undertake travel to other places due to attend some emergency occasions such as wedding or death must apply online to undertake this travel.
Further, GCC officials shared that confusions arose when he citizens directly visit and ask for Identity Card to undertake such emergency travel!
