Chennai Metro Rail Introduces Exclusive Digital Passes for Vijay Antony Concert
In an exciting collaboration, Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has partnered with an entertainment firm to provide exclusive digital Metro passes for attendees of the highly anticipated ‘Vijay Antony 3.0 - Live in Concert’, scheduled for Saturday, December 28. The concert will take place at the AM Jain College Grounds, Meenambakkam, conveniently situated near the Meenambakkam Metro Station.
Exclusive Digital Metro Passes
Concert-goers who book their tickets through Insider or District platforms will receive complimentary, sponsored digital Metro passes. These unique passes, embedded with QR codes, will allow attendees to enjoy a round-trip journey between their nearest Metro station and Meenambakkam Metro Station.
Key Features of the Metro Pass:
- Valid for one round trip (two entries and two exits).
- Usable only on the day of the event.
- QR codes can be scanned at Automatic Gates across Chennai Metro stations for seamless access.
Metro Train Schedule and Connectivity
To ensure convenience for concert attendees, the last train from Meenambakkam Metro Station will depart at 12:00 am. Passengers heading towards Green Line stations can interchange at Arignar Anna Alandur Metro Station for onward travel.
CMRL has also reminded passengers that entry into Meenambakkam Metro Station will close 10 minutes before the last train`s departure to ensure smooth operations.
