Chennai Metro Transport Corporation launches new bus service from Avadi to Tambaram

The MTC (Metro Transport Corporation) has recently launched a new bus service from Avadi to Tambaram.
The bus will be on route No. 206. It will ply via Poonamallee.
Presently, a total of 10 buses from MTCs fleet have been earmarked for this new route. Each vehicle will do at least 10 trips daily, thereby benefiting 400 passengers per day.
The MLA (Member of the Legislative Assembly) of Avadi Assembly constituency, Minister K Pandiarajan, flagged off the service from Avadi depot.
