As the vibrant festival of Navratri comes to an end, today marks the celebration of Saraswati Puja and Ayudha Puja across the country. These rituals, deeply rooted in tradition, hold immense cultural and spiritual significance.

The Saraswati Puja is dedicated to the goddess of knowledge, wisdom, and learning, Saraswati. Devotees, especially students, teachers, and professionals, offer prayers to seek her blessings for success in their endeavors. Books, musical instruments, and tools of learning are placed in front of the deity as part of the ritual.

Alongside, the Ayudha Puja is celebrated to honor the tools and instruments used in daily life and work. From artisans and craftsmen to workers and professionals, everyone worships the tools of their trade, symbolizing respect for their livelihood and prosperity in work.

Best Time for Ayudha Puja

According to the Panchang, the most auspicious time to perform Ayudha Puja is today between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM. However, those who cannot participate in the afternoon can also perform the puja in the evening, after 6:00 PM, making it convenient for working professionals and households to celebrate.

As the nine days of Navratri come to a close, devotees celebrate with joy and gratitude, looking forward to the festivities of Vijayadashami tomorrow, marking the triumph of good over evil.
