Rains to continue in Tamil Nadu

Chennai Meteorological Department director Ramanan said that the heavy rains in Tamil Nadu will continue.
At a time when Agni Natchathiram is at its peak in Tamil Nadu, there are rains for the past few days in Tamil Nadu. Now it has been mentioned that these rains will continue. S R Ramanan, director, Area Cyclone Warning Centre, Regional Meteorological Centre, attributed the weather to the upper air circulation in Lakshadweep and adjoining areas of Kerala extending up to 3.6 km above mean sea level.
On Friday , Tamil Nadu on the whole received 27.3mm of rain which is 81% surplus in rainfall.
