Important information about hot weather from the Meteorological Research Centre in Chennai!!

According to Mr. Senthamarai Kannan, director, Chennai Meteorological Research Centre, the summer season has begun now. he added that the maximum temp would be 2 degrees Celsius to 3 degrees Celsius more than the normal on 4 days from 8th to 11th April 2023 in one or two places in Tamil Nadu.

It is noteworthy that in the lower layers of upper air circulation in south India there is an area where easterly and westerly winds meet.  As a result,  there would be light to moderate rains in one or two places in the interior districts of south-east and north TN on 8th and 11th April. There would be light to moderate rains with thunder and lightning in one or two places on 9th and 10th April.

In the next 48 hours, Chennai and its suburbs would experience partly cloudy skies with a maximum temperature around 35 degree Celisus and minimum temperature around 28 degrees Celius.
