Counselling for faculty members for the TN engineering and polytechnic colleges- Details here!!
The DOTE or Directorate of Technical Education has issued new guidelines for the teaching staff. It must be noted that the general transfer counselling for the faculty members for the engineering colleges and polytechnic colleges across TN would be conducted online.
There were some complaints regarding irregularities in the physical transfer counselling process. To avoid this, the HED or Higher Education Dept has introduced an online platform for the faculty members for the sake of transparency. This was mentioned by a senior official from DOTE.
It is learnt that the online counselling would be held in a fair manner and those faculty members seeking transfers must register on the portal. User names would be provided to each and every teaching staff. The last date for submission is 18th of November and once submitted the staff must download the applications and self attest it.
In addition, the signature of the principal of the respective colleges must be there. It is brought out that all the applications would be cleared based on the merit. Based on the vacancies present in the institutions, the transfers would be allocated. By 25th November, the scrutinising process would be completed and the merit list would be released later on.
