Superb!! Inauguration of a new Tidel Park at Pattabiram in Chennai - Job opportunities for many!!
Pattabiram located in the western Chennai is making sensational news now!!
On 22nd of November, a new Tidel Park constructed here would be opened by the chief minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. M.K. Stalin. This new Tidel Park has been constructed at a cost of Rs 279cr. It is now said that 5000 to 6000 persons would be getting job opportunities by this. In addition, the Pattabiram locality would also get developed.
For creating job opportunities for several IT professionals in their own districts, Tidel Park, a JV between TIDCO & ELCOT has been providing infrastructural facilities in small towns.
Foundation Stone & building:
It must be remembered that in 2017 a foundation stone for construction of a 21 storey building at Pattabiram, Avadi, Tiruvallur district was laid. Information is that the building that was constructed at a cost of Rs 279 cr has an area of 5.57lakh sq ft.
Facilities available:
There are superb facilities like parking space in the building and at a time as many as 927 cars and 2280 2 wheelers can be parked here. There is also a food court plus 24 hour gymnasium, indoor sports arena, a meditation room, electric vehicles charging facility and a medical centre etc.
The roof of the building has a garden plus solar power generation centre. On the basis of the green building concept, the building has been constructed. It is really superb to note that Indian Green Building Council or IGBC has given a platinum rating for this building. A premium fee amount would be charged from the companies that would be setting up their offices in the building.
As per some officials from TIDCO, this new Tidel Park would provide employment opportunities to 5000 to 6000 persons soon. They added that the chief minister of TN would inaugurate the Tidel Park tomorrow on 22nd of November. Till now, 2 companies have booked the building for their offices.
It was mentioned by Mr. Sadagopan, a social activist from Pattabiram that the 14 year long dream of setting up a Tidel Park at Pattabiram has become a reality now. He added that out of a 40 acre area Tidel Park has been constructed on just 11 acres. In the remaining area also, a new Tidel Park must be constructed. This would help in the rapid development of places around Pattabiram plus it would provide revenue to the government also.
