Gynecomastia or breasts:
Hormonal issues like increased oestrogen could lead to the development of breasts in males. This is called gynecomastia. It is superb to consume cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower etc as these vegetables would balance hormone levels and lower oestrogen dominance.
Male pattern baldness:
Men who have high levels of dihydrotestosterone or DHT would have male pattern baldness in them. It is superb to note that the consumption of nettle tea would inhibit the conversion of testosterone into DHT. This would reduce the hair loss effectively in them.
Adrenal fatigue:
Certain men would show adrenal fatigue revealed by excess fatigue, poor concentration and low mood etc and this could be due to chronic stress. Consuming ashwagandha could lowower their stress and regulate cortisol levels.

Men can practise stress management methods like yoga, meditation and breathing exercises etc. By having sound sleep also, hormonal imbalance can be managed well. Finally, by avoiding or limiting alcohol intake and processed foods etc, men could manage their hormonal imbalances.
