Villivakkam Bus Operations Shifted to ICF Due to Metro Rail Work

Due to Metro Rail construction in Villivakkam, buses previously operating from Villivakkam Bus Stand will be temporarily shifted to ICF Bus Stand starting February 9, according to an MTC release.
Key Changes:
- 63 MTC buses across 7 routes will be relocated.
- Routes 20, 27D, and 23V will start from ICF Bus Stand, passing through New Avadi Road & Villivakkam.
- Small buses (S43 & S44) will continue to operate from Villivakkam.
- Route 22 will be extended to Korattur.
- Route 63 (Thiruverkadu – Villivakkam) will be extended to ICF.
Commuters are advised to plan their travel accordingly.
