Two tall buildings of 12 floors each - Inauguration of the metro rail head office at Nandanam in Chennai!!

Today, 17th October 2022, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. M.K. Stalin would inaugurate the metro rail head office at Nandanam in Chennai. It is known that now the headquarters for Chennai metro rail is located in Coimbatore. The insufficient space at Coimbatore metro rail headquarters building has been cited as the reason for inauguration of the new head office now in Chennai.
Near the Nandanam metro station, 2 huge buildings of 12 floors have been constructed covering 3.90lakh square feet for an amount Rs 365 crores. The 2 huge buildings would have staff quarters of metro rail officers and other employees plus rental area for private companies etc.
The entire work has been completed and in the evening the chief minister of Tamil Nadu would inaugurate the new head office for Chennai metro rail. It is learnt that many ministers and officers would be taking part in the inauguration function.
