New Medavakkam Police Station Launched, Expanding Law Enforcement Coverage in Tambaram!

Tambaram Police Commissioner Abin Dinesh Modak officially inaugurated the new Medavakkam police station. This establishment is part of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin`s initiative to set up new police stations in response to the region`s growing population.
The jurisdiction of the existing Pallikaranai police station has been restructured, with half of its areas now falling under the newly inaugurated Medavakkam police station. This station will cater to the law enforcement needs of Medavakkam, Nanmangalam, and Kovilambakkam areas.
With the addition of the Medavakkam station, the total number of police stations under the Tambaram police commissionerate has risen to 22.
