Southern Railway Cancels MEMU Trains Between Jolarpettai and Katpadi on December 23 and 30
Southern Railway has announced the cancellation of two MEMU passenger trains operating between Jolarpettai and Katpadi due to engineering works. The Line Block/Signal Block has been scheduled in the Arakkonam–Jolarpettai section at Katpadi Yard from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on December 23 and December 30, 2024.
The affected trains are as follows:
- Train No. 06417: Katpadi–Jolarpettai MEMU passenger departing from Katpadi at 9:30 AM.
- Train No. 06418: Jolarpettai–Katpadi MEMU passenger departing from Jolarpettai at 12:45 PM.
Both trains will remain fully cancelled on the aforementioned dates.
