In the recent years Engineering colleges have mushroomed. Against the requirement of more than 20000 teachers with at least Post graduate qualification we have 1000 teachers. This was told by Prof M S Anand to Wolfgang Heubisch, Minister for Sciences in the Bavarian State of Germany.

Prof M S Anand suggested through his appeal to amend their higher education regulations for issuance of Join degree through collaborations.
