Does your birth year fall between 1982 and 2012, or in other words, is your age between 12 and 32? Well, if yes, you are a millennial. There are over 1.8 billion people like you across the world. You are the very first generation of the world to have access to mobile phones and internet in most days of your life. It is this population which will contribute to 3/4th of work force by 2025.
According to a recent study by VMware, people of this Millennial spend over 20 hours in a month on social media pages. 83 per cent of people have their phones while sleeping. 7 out of 8 access internet with their mobile phone. Interestingly, they find it better to work when they are not tied up with a 9 to 5 routine.
