Sasikala swearing in ceremony may be postponed

Sasikala was elected as leader of the Legislature Party at a meeting in the AIADMK party headquarters. In continuation of this, arrangements are being made for her swearing in ceremony as Chief Minister at the centenary hall of the University of Madras,
At this juncture, State Chief Secretary Girija Vaidyanathan met Sasikala and discussed about the swearing in ceremony and other procedures. It is understood that Sasikala also discussed with former Chief Minister O Panneerselvam and Deputy Speaker of the Lok Sabha Thambidurai about the allotment of portfolios to the new ministers.
There is news that the swearing in ceremony will be held at the centenary hall of the University of Madras and as of now the swearing in ceremony will be postponed and the official announcement regarding a fresh date this will be made soon.
