Temporary Traffic Diversion On Anna Salai Nandanam Junction

In view of Devar Jayanthi various organizations will garland Devar Statue at Anna Salai Nandanam Junction on 30.10.2012. Therefore following traffic diversions would be implemented temporarily with effect from 30.10.2012 at 08.00 hours in the interest of smooth flow of traffic.
i) Participants vehicles coming from South Chennai towards function place will alight at Anna Salai x Link Road Junction (Periyar Building) and park their vehicles around CIT Nagar Park, Model Hutment Road, Sathullah Road, South West Boag Road.
ii) Participants vehicles coming from North Chennai towards function place will alight at Nandanam Junction near Agriculture office and park their vehicles at YMCA Ground.
iii) Participants vehicles coming from TTK Salai, Chamiers Road, Gandhimandapam Road will alight at Nandanam Junction near Agriculture office and park their vehicles at YMCA Ground.
Temporary one way diversion on the following roads:-
i) The stretch of TTK Salai from Chamiers Road up to Alwarpet will be one way with entry from TTK Salai x Chamiers Road Junction and No Entry from CP Ramasamy X K.B Dasan and TTK Salai Junction towards Park Sheraton. These vehicles will take at route via CPR Road, Bilroath Hospital take right turn to reach TTK x Chamiers Road Junction.
ii) The stretch of GKM fly over will be one way, with entry from Annasalai X Cenetoph Road and No Entry from Kotturpuram Bridge side.
iii) Except Participants other out going vehicles on Annasalai intended to go towards saidapet will be diverted towards Cenotaph Road, GK Moopanar Bridge, Kotturpuram Bridge, Gandhimandapam Point to reach their destination.
iv) Except Participants other vehicles coming from Gandhimandapam Road will not be allowed towards Nandanam inturn those vehicles will be diverted at Turn bulls Junction towards TTK x Chamiers Road Junction to reach their destination.
v) Vehicles coming from Cenotaph Road service road will not be allowed towards Nandanam. These vehicles will be diverted towards Kotturpuram Bridge to reach their destination.
