Gold,silver prices reduced off today

Gold and silver prices fell in chennai today(3Nov,2012) as demand declined at existing higher levels amid a weak global trend.
While Pure gold suffered a steep fall of Rs 37 to Rs 24,408 per 8 grams,standard gold fall of Rs 34 to Rs 22,824 per 8 grams.and also silver plunged by Rs 1875 to Rs 57,505 per kg on reduced offtake by stockists and industrial units.
