Stress:
Not many are aware of the truth that stress could not only affect the mental health of a person but also it could lead to muscle pain. It is revealed that persons who are stressed often would get muscle pain because the body finds it hard to manage inflammation.
Dehydration:
Every person must consume atleast 2 liters of water every day because lack of water might lead to pain in the muscles. It is known that water plays an important role in our lives as it helps in our body functioning. Hence it is essential to drink water without fail. Other issues that could be due to dehydration are headaches, exhaustion etc.
Nutritional deficiency:
It must be noted that vitamins and minerals are very important for our body to function well. By means of these nutrients, our bones are kept strong and our brain is kept in healthy condition etc. Muscle pain could also be due to lack of essential nutrients. We could get vitamin D from sun and this vitamin is very important for our muscles to be strong.
Sleep deficiency:
Sometimes, we might get muscle pain due to lack of sleep also. For the repair as well as for the rejuvenation of the muscles, it is essential that we must sleep for 6 to 8 hours.
Underlying health issue:
We could get muscle pain when we have health conditions such as arthritis, anaemia, fibtromyalgia etc. Whenever there is a prolonged muscle pain it is must that we must consult a doctor.
