New guidelines / regulations for corona treatment: treatment only if oxygen content is below 90!

The Ministry of Health has informed that patients can be admitted in hospitals for treatment ONLY IF THE OXYGEN QUANTUM IS BELOW 90!
The department of Health of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has released a new set of guidelines/regulations regarding the coronavirus treatment.
The new guidelines/regulations mention that THE PATIENTS WHOSE OXYGEN QUANTUM IS BELOW 94 SHOULD NOT BE ADMITTED TO HOSPITALS!
Patients with corona symptoms with oxygen content below 90 can isolate themselves in their residences.
Patients with oxygen content in the range 90-84 can get treated in the Primary Health Centres and Corona Treatment Centres.
NOTE THAT ONLY PATIENTS WITH OXYGEN CONTENT BELOW 90 MUST BE ADMITTED IN CORONA TREATMENT HOSPITALS!
IT MUST ALSO BE ENSURED THAT PATIENTS WHO HAVE ISOLATED THEMSELVES LIE UPSIDE DOWN!
A government order has been issued by the State Health Department dividing all corona patients into 3 categories!
