All India Council for Technical Education: Online Ph. D. Courses are not valid !

The All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE) has announced that the Ph. D. Courses (Doctor of Philosophy course with a thesis in various subjects) DONT ONLINE WILL NOT BE VALID ANY MORE!
Further AICTE has warned that the parents and the students MUST NOT GET DUPED by the advertisements that the private institutions, jointly by a Memorandum of Understating (MoU) with various foreign academic institutes offering Ph. D. Courses ONLINE!
On this issue, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued clear guidelines regarding Ph. D. Courses in the year 2016 that Ph. D. COURSES HAVE TO BE UNDERTAKEN ONLY WITH APPROVED RESEARCH INSTITUTES, UNIVERSITIES, AND COLLEGES!
As such. Presently, the All India Council for Technical Education has announced that Ph. D, COURSES MUST BE UNDERTAKEN ONLY AS PER ABOVE GUIDELINES!! SO, UNDERTAKING ONLINE COURSES JOINING Ph. D. COURSES WILL NOT BE VALID!!
