The Tamil Nadu Transport Department has introduced a toll-free number for passengers to lodge complaints about government buses.
The toll-free number, 18005991500, is available 24/7, and passengers can report problems while traveling in government buses.
Along with the toll free number, the transport department has also launched a new website http://arasubus.tn.gov.in for passengers to file complaints online.
