Photographers delight!! - The botanical garden in Ooty would be mind blowing this season!!

Many visit Ooty during the season with friends and families to have fun and relaxation. They would be totally surprised to come across new botanical gardens here. It is known fact that this GBG or Government Botanical Garden here is a major tourist attraction.
The tourists would be treated visually here as the botanical garden here is being spruced up with Japan style gazebo and ornamental shrubs etc.
It was later explained by assistant director of Horticulture in Nilgris Mr. D. Balashankar that works have been going on to develop a Japanese type open garden structure with seating inside. In Addition, there would also be bamboo decorations for the photographers to click pictures.
By embracing the art of topiary, the ornamental shrubs would be trimmed and shaped into various structures here. He hinted that the botanical gardens would have a superb greenery amidst water.The tourists could also know about the rich flora here as the Govt Botanical Gardens is highly informative. The greenery would be soothing to the mind.The Horticulture dept has planned to fix QR codes on all the trees at the botanical gardens to help the visitors to know about the trees.
Till now, QR codes have been fixed on 100 trees and soon work would start to fix QR codes on 1000 trees here. This was as per Mr. D. Balashankar.
It is now mentioned that by just scanning the QR Code it would be possible for the tourists to know about the names of trees plus binomial nomenclature of trees, family name, age, nativity, Tamil name etc.
