Posted on: 21/May/2015 9:12:15 AM
BSNL users can now have the option of using their unused mobile data – 2G or 3G added to their plans when they make their next recharge. This feature was earlier provided for both 2G and 3G of BSNL, but was withdrawn by the network in February. According to a recent statement by the telecom provider, this facility will be made available for pre-paid users of BSNL across India.

BSNL is in full swing plans to expand their 3G network and hence are offering less priced 3G services that are indeed competitive.

The mobile network introduced a special tariff voucher for Rs 68 that allowed the users enjoy 3GB 3G mobile data for 10 days. This is the cheapest in the market compared to rest of the telecom providers. The new scheme of carry forwarding the unused mobile data balance will also be applicable for customers who who use normal STVs and other 3G schemes that run for longer validity.

Speaking about this, the director of customer mobility, N. K. Gupta, he says BSNL has customer satisfaction and quality on the top of their priority list and their transparency make them unique.
