Rains predicted in Tamil Nadu

Heavy rains have subsided in Tamil Nadu and relief works are going on. At this juncture the Chennai Metrological Centre has warned that there will rains. It has been mentioned that due to upper air circulation there could be rains in the coastal districts.  
 
For the last one week, heavy rain lashed in Tamil Nadu. Districts like Chennai, Kancheepuram and Thiruvalluvar were heavily flooded. Normal life came to standstill. At a time when rain has stopped and relief work is going on.  Chennai Metrological Centre director Ramanan mentioned, The depression in Andhra in the South West Bay of Bengal has become weak and stationed there. There is upper air circulation in coastal districts of Tamil Nadu. Because of this, there will be rains in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Heavy rains will occur in Kovai, Nilgiris and Virudhunagar districts.
