50 per cent cash back offer for food by IRCTC

IRCTC has announced a new discount fare for the food ordered by the passengers. Railway tickets are booked online through IRCTC website. The passengers can book their meals on online in this website. Now IRCTC has launched a new scheme that provides 50 per cent cash back offer on pre-paid orders having a minimum value of Rs 300, a move set to further boost its e-catering facility.
IRCTC CMD AK Manocha has mentioned, The cash back offer is valid only for meals booked through IRCTC and having a value of more than Rs 300 in a single order. IRCTC`s e-catering facility, which has broad-based the culinary choices in a significant manner, is now turning out to be a big hit with rail passengers. The 50 per cent cash back offer will further induce passengers to patronize our e-catering facility. The scheme is valid only for meals booked in a pre-paid mode and the food must be ordered through IRCTC`s e-catering website www.ecatering.irctc.co.in. The cash back would be processed after the delivery date and the payment would be credited to the same account through which the order was made for the meal booking.
