With India’s proficiency in the satellite technology, it would be possible to provide the facility of hi-speed internet even in the most backward rural areas.

At global level, in the usage of internet, India is in the 2nd place after China.

However. The quality of service and speed is not on par.

The main reasons for this is that most hi-sped services are through fibre-optic cables or satellites.

Recently, the satellite G-SAT 19 was launched to provide a solution to this issue.

ISRO is set to launch a 5.6 ton G-SAT 11. Once these 2 satellites forming a network in space, India can have an internet space service zone.

G-Sat 19 satellite is set to provide large data at high uniform speeds. Once G-SAT 11 joins in this service, it would be possible to provide hi-speed internet service even in the most backward rural areas.
