Shielding yourself from the Negativity of Toxic People

What is Negativity?

When you feel something is not pleasant, compassionate and does nothing for your improvement and happier satisfaction, then it is called as Negativity. This kind of negativity can be brought down easily by some people or situations and events pulling us down from our confidence and clarity of our mind. Positivity is powerful and it can do wonders when streamlined properly and act upon it. This is not possible till you shield your goodness frequency without the outside entities affecting the divinity of your spirit and soul.

The Aura

Each of us will have a special aura surrounding us that directly reflects our state of mind and lifestyle. When we lead our life on a confident and fulfilled tone then we form an energy circle around our body. This Aura can affect another person’s aura both in positive and negative aspects. So when you surround yourself with toxic people (One who spreads negativity) your aura of powerful positivity can be affected and you lose your confidence and enthusiasm in all endeavors.

How to handle Toxic People?

There are certain People always complain, criticize and condemn other people and the events occurring on daily basis. This can easily affect your positivity on the work place, house and other social spots you get in regularly.

The only way to get rid of those negativities is to make your energy stronger than toxic people. When you rise above certain level of positivity, any kind of event or an individual’s negativity will never affect you internally. This kind of higher self can be obtained through learning, meditation and improving your wisdom through life experiences.

Diverting the Monkey Mind

Monkey mind is the one which keeps on jumping from one thought to other wildly without our own intention. Almost all of us have this monkey mind creating chaos inside our mind. So when the toxic people create negativity around us, the monkey mind wakes up and disturbs our energy. Just divert the monkey mind to some other job, like exercise, walking, Yoga, Meditation and other positive activities, so that any kind of negative energy and low esteem can be sorted out easily.

Feeding the Goodness

Goodness can be prevailed only when we consciously decide to feed our own minds with positive thoughts only. Initially this may take several months to master but one it is formed like a habit then it your cup of tea. You can easily switch your mind from any kind of negativity and toxic surrounding.

For every event occurring in this universe, it is s your response that determines the very outcome of that event affecting your life. So a change in your response can heavily influence a negative event’s outcome. You can transform a negative event or any kind of loss in your life with your positive response. If there is a bad event respond it as a lesson for further development. If it is a good event take it as a form of gift from the nature and be very thankful.
