Ingredients
- Milk – 1 cup
- Almonds – 10
- Cashew nuts – 5
- Cardamom – 1
- Brown sugar – as required
The recipe
- Soak the almond and the cashew in a required quantity of milk for 30 minutes.
- Once soaked fully, blend it into a paste using a mixie.
- Heat the milk in a thick-bottomed pan.
- Once the milk starts boiling, add the paste, brown sugar, and cardamom and boil for a few more minutes.
Serve hot.
