TN State Govt.: Portal facilitating registration of non-residents who are keen to return to Tamil Nadu

The State Government of Tamil Nadu has an Exclusive Portal for the registration of non-resident Tamils who are keen to return to Tamil Nadu after the flight services resumed (as they are stopped presently due to the lockdown situation imposed as a preventive measure against the spreading of the raging coronavirus pandemic).
