US Government: No interview for H1B Visas!

The Government of the United States of America (USA) has announced that no interviews need to be conducted for the issue of H1B visas for the year 2022.
It has been explained that this decision has been taken mainly due to the raging spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
H1B visas are being issued for those candidates not seeking US citizenship but the permission to work there temporarily. Even the migrants are being similarly given Visas.
As per the present system and procedure, H1B visa applicants must attend an interview
However, due to the onset of the wide and fast-spreading raging coronavirus variant Omicron, to check/prevent the same, a decision has been taken by the government of USA to announce relaxation for the interviews in this regard!
The Department of Foreign Affairs of the USA government has explained that the formality of interviews for H1B Visa applicants has been removed temporarily for the H1B Visas for 15 various cadres including students, temporary agriculture or non-agriculture workers, sports/athletics, and entertainment.
It has been further announced by the Foreign Affairs Department of the Government of the USA that the expiring visas must be renewed within 45 months and the interview procedure for this is also cancelled temporarily. This relaxation has been extended without any time limit until further orders!
