On April 25, US-Bangla Airlines will create aviation history when it launches India`s first international flight from a freshly opened integrated terminal. The Airports Authority of India (AAI) announced that the airline will operate on the Chennai-Dhaka sector.
The old terminals and the new terminal will function simultaneously during the initial stages. However, after the trial flight, narrow-body aircraft will shortly be relocated there, and wide-body aircraft will follow the following month. The brand-new structure has a wide array of contemporary amenities, including six baggage belts, 108 immigration counters, and 100 check-in stations.
There are also six walkalators, 11 automated tray retrieval systems, 17 elevators, 17 escalators, 17 boarding e-gates, and six self-baggage drop points.
