Chennai event - Monkey Town Arts & Music Festival (19th Mar)

The art and music festival Monkey Town is coming to Chennai at The Moon and Sixpence with two bands from to play some amazing music. In association with Boombox Entertainment, the show promises spectacular music with Vertigo and Gorillas In Groove live in action.
With music ranging from Indie to post rock and Brit pop, Vertigo the band has Antony Kevin Fernando on lead vocals and rhythm guitars, Cletus Amalan on lead guitars and backing vocals, Michael Timothy on bass guitars, Radhika George on drums and Judah Joel on keyboard. They started playing in 2014.
With Avinav Stevence on vocals and bass, Lal Chhanhima on guitars and Pravir Arrear on drums, Gorillas In Groove from Chennai is an alternative funk rock band started in September 2013. The trio hails from different musical backgrounds, combined to play and compose music to sooth the soul.
