In an attempt to promote French culinary culture in India as well as French tourism, Goût de / Good France will celebrate French gastronomy all across India in multiple restaurants. With food cooked by over a 1,000 chefs, the food festival will honour the merits of French cuisine, its capacity for innovation, and its values- sharing, enjoying, and respecting the principles of high-quality, environmentally responsible cuisine. There will be a plethora of healthy and innovative food prepared from fresh, seasonal, and local produce, with low fat, salt, and sugar content. There will be meals for everyone, from bistro to gourmet dining.
The restaurant partaking are 601, The Square, The Flying Elephant, The Verandah and Ottimo Cucina Italiana.
