Asma Ali, the well known Chennai based home chef will be conducting a Mughlai workshop where she will be teaching how to make the perfect Mutton Biryani. Along with that there will authentic South Indian dishes like Chicken 65, Raita, Yennai Kathrikai, Bread Halwa and lots more to learn. Candidates can take home the self-prepared dishes.
