Description : Attend a live and interactive kitchen session by the prominent home chef Mariyam Shibila where she will teach the basic nuances of Malabar cuisines. There will be a host of food items like Stuffed Poori (Erachi Pathiri), Stuffed Bun (Bun Nirchad), Meat Cake (Chatti Pathiri), Spring Roll, Spicy Bread Cake (Bread Pola), Stuffed Rice Rotti (Puyunga Bathil), Rice Balls In Prawn Gravy (Kakkoratti), Prawn Balls and Neypathal. In addition, she will also teach you to make dishes like Banana Pola, Unnakai, Kai Kirda, Stuffed Banana and Banana Desserts.
