India launches the latest hi-tech warship

India introduced today (Saturday, 17th September) the latest warship with the most advanced technical features. Navy Chief Admiral Sunil Lanba inaugurated the launch of the warship.
The warship is named Mormugao. It is manufactured by LDL at Visakhapatnam.
Admiral Sunil Lanba, while presenting the warship, noted that this would be one of the high special ships which can launch weapons to the target point with precision and destroy.
Some more trials and tests are still to be conducted on the warship. After this, it will be handed over to the Indian Navy during 2020-24.
