Heavy rain across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry

Meteorological Centre director has mentioned that there will be heavy rains in the delta districts.
Regional Meteorological Centre director S Balachandar while speaking about this said: A trough of low pressure over Southwest Bay of Bengal has been formed. Because of this there will heavy rain across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, especially in the southern coastal districts for the next two days. There will also be heavy rains in the delta districts. As far as Chennai is concerned the sky will be cloudy and there will be rains in many places in the night.
