Pudukottai, Ramanathapuram & Sivaganga belt sees rains for third straight day

When all other places in TN is silent the belt which is worst affect by drought is seeing daily rains for past three days.
While for Chennai we need to wait. The clouds have to vanish. With clouds around we can get only pleasant climate and not rains. We need hot sunny day for air parcels to be lifted. Remember we dont get direct rainfall from Low Pressure or monsoon winds. We get only convective rainfall.
