Chennai to receive rain today

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that due to the recent formation of a low-pressure zone over the Central-West Bay of Bengal, there are prospects of rain with thunder in Tamil Nadu.
Today Chennai city is likely to receive rain showers. Maximum and minimum temperature likely to be around 98ºF and 83ºF respectively.
