The price of the cellphone model Nokia 2.2 in India has been fixed at Rs. 5,999.
This news has been announced through a ‘tweet’ by the Vice President, HMD Global through Twitter.
It may be noted that the previous downward revision of the prices of Nokia 2.2 and Nokia 3.2 was announced by HMD Global just a month ago. Thus, within a month, it has come up with another discount proposal!
The above budget Nokia cellphones were launched recently in the Indian market along with Google’s Android One Branding last June.
The smartphone has MediaTek Helio A22 SoC. It also supports Digital Wellbeing, Face Unlock, etc.
This Nokia model 2.2 is competing with Realme C2, Asus ZenFone Max M1, and Redmi 8.
Presently, Nokia 2.2 with 2 GB RAM variants is available at Rs. 5,999. The 3 GB RAM option is sold at Rs. 6,999. This discounted price has been announced by Mehta of HMD Global. This smartphone news is reflected in the Nokia India Online Store. This will apply to Nokia 2.2 - Steel, and Tungsten Black color options at the above-reduced prices. This revised rate will apply to Flipkart sales as well.
